The changes in behaviour in response to the COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted demand and created capacity challenges for many companies. To most effectively manage capacity and ensure future sucess, companies need to look at it through a different lens. Instead of defining capacity as simply “maximum output”, a more productive definition of capacity relates to the “maximum revenue” that can be generated.

In this session, Alan Oishi will share the benefits of this alternative definition and help leaders apply it to make decisions that will help organizations survive and thrive during and after the pandemic.
